My electrical supplies shop round the corner can get them and has quoted me a price of around £25 per item + VAT No mention of whether they come with a built in sounder or not at that price?

How long a working life should these these multipoints have? Would it be fair wear and tear so to speak to be replacing 3 faulty ones after 18 Months since install?</description>
